How Can I Pay My Annual Maintenance Fees?

- Mail the payment slip attached to your annual invoice with payment
- By credit card by faxing your information to 231-947-0255
- By credit card by calling us at 800-968-1302 or 231-947-4010

Maintenance fees are billed annually in early December and are due and payable by January 31st for all owners. A $10 late fee will be assessed each month, for each lease not paid in full by the due date.

In summary, owner maintenance fees help pay for the cost of operating the resort year-round, and all expenses associated with such.  Maintenance fees are by far the largest funding source for the resort.  Owner maintenance fees account for 80% of total resort revenue, while room rental income accounts for 18% and other miscellaneous sources contribute 2%.
