PINESTEAD REEF OWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors governs Pinestead Reef Resort. Working closely with our management team, the Board is provided with the ongoing status of resort projects as well as daily operations. Together, with input from our owners along with other guests, the Board is kept appraised of maintenance and operational issues requiring attention.
Annually, the Board reviews the fiscal status of the resort and establishes a budget for the upcoming year. The Board meets between three and five times a year, which requires approximately 40-50 hours of volunteer service per year. Travel expenses are reimbursed for Directors. Several sub-committees are in place to address specific topics related to Building and Grounds, Finances, Personnel, Marketing, Long Term Planning and Board Nominations.
Each November there will be three (3) vacancies on the Pinestead Reef Owner's Association Board due to the term expirations of three Directors. Those Directors will have the opportunity to run again, if they desire. We encourage any owner who is in good standing with the resort with interest in these vacancies to submit an application. You will find a link to the Candidate Application at the bottom of this page.
If you cannot commit time to serve as a Director, but have an interest in participating on these committees, please contact any current Director to see how your skills might be utilized. We are fortunate to have owners who are comprised of a diverse background and offer quality expertise. Your continued participation assures a well-run resort and a solid future for its owners.
