Owners have the option of renting out all, or any part of, their assigned week. Many owners choose to use Pinestead Reef Resort's rental program for its convenience and simplicity. The resort and its employees are dedicated to providing the owner with the expertise and confidence that their unit will be rented at fair market value and for as many nights as possible.
Effective January 01, 2020, owners choosing to have Pinestead Reef rent out their units will be reimbursed 60% of the gross dollar amount generated from the rental of their unit. A check for the owner's share of the rental income will be mailed to the owner by the 10th of the following month. Written authorization is required to have Pinestead Reef rent your unit. This authorization can be mailed, e-mailed, or faxed.
To have Pinestead Reef rent your unit send your authorization notice including your name, unit and week number, and dates to rent one of three ways:

2) Secure Your Own Renter and Conduct a Private Transaction:
An owner can choose to locate a renter on their own through friends, co-workers, classified ads, etc. Owners choosing this option negotiate their own rental rate with the other party. Pinestead Reef Resort has no part in the financial side of this transaction.
Once you have reached an agreement with another party to rent your unit, the owner of the unit must notify Pinestead Reef in writing of the other parties name(s) and dates of occupancy. The Resort needs this information to update any reservation or administrative data and ensure the guest will have a smooth check-in and stay. The owner of the unit assumes all responsibility for the third parties conduct or any damages to Association property that may occur during their stay.
To notify and authorize another party to occupy your unit send your written authorization to Pinestead Reef including owner's name (printed), owner's signature, unit and week number, third parties name(s) and dates of occupancy:
